Vincent trained as a Certified Accountant (ACCA) in the early 1980’s, specialising in Corporate Insolvency, with Touche Ross (now Deloitte) and Cooney Bannon Corrigan in Dublin. Subsequently he moved into industry and over the next ten years held Finance Manager and CFO roles with several UK and Irish Multi-national companies before setting up his own consulting and advisory business.
In parallel, in 1998, he set up as the Irish Distributor for a South African Accounting Software System and following its success set up and ran the UK Distribution business. He and his partner sold the businesses to the parent company in 2004 following which it was acquired by Sage plc.
Since then Vincent has focused on working with SME business owners on business turnaround projects in which he has had significant success. Latterly, in the past 5 years, Vincent has incorporated coaching and mentoring into his process and has trained and studied both coaching and personal psychology and is a member of the Association of Coaching (AC).
Vincent has presented and trained in leadership, business and personal growth workshops and seminars in Ireland and the UK including a presentation at a TEDx event.

Apart from commercial projects, Vincent is a supporter of the not-for-profit sector and in recent years has been a board member of the national child abuse charity, One in Four and has just completed a two-year term as Director/Treasurer of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
